Can't publish to web after password change

As a result of changing my password on the Web Site Admin page, I am no longer able to log into the website and publish crosswords with the Crossword Compiler software. When I do, I get the following message: "Incorrect login. If you changed your password, use the Web Site Admin button in Crossword Compiler to clear settings so you can re-enter." However, on the site admin page, I cannot find the Web Site Admin button to clear settings. What to do?
