Gang,

Many of you have subscribed to the Sun Crossword and there have been issues with downloading. I sincerely apologize to everyone for that. And especially to Peter. I had hoped things would go much more smoothly. I'm pretty sure I have it solved, so please try to download the puzzles again. The only thing you have to make sure of is that you are logged in to cruciverb.com (just as you would have to log in to the NYT to get the NYT puzzle), otherwise you'll be denied.

Again, sorry for the hassles.

Many thanks to those of you who offered suggestions and encouragement. I appreciate the support.

If you are *still* having problems downloading, please post an informative message on the Support board in the Forums (ie what browser you're using, what is or isn't happening).
