Crossword Compiler Question

I have combined a few word lists in Crossword Compiler. And it worked as it should. But when I placed the newly combined word list to appear
in the AutoFind,  it's missing about more than half the words. It includes the a's through g"s and then picks up a few random words that appear toward the end of the alphabet. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas?
