The server a lot of those gets hosted on (herbach.dnsalias.com) is down until the end of the month, I'm given to understand.

Look for "Crossword Scraper", download that extension (Chrome or Firefox) and then visit the respective sites and you can download/save as PUZ files.

Edited to add the Washington Post as I'm reminded just now it's also distributed on that server.
