Multiple submissions for theme queries?

I know it's "against the rules" to send the same puzzle to different publishers at the same time; but is it OK to send theme queries to multiple publishers at the same time?

There's no real point in doing this, since most editors reply fairly quickly to theme queries. I'd avoid the possible embarrassment (and demerits from the editor). Work on your next puzzle while you're waiting.
