As many will note, the word "terrible" is misspelled in the second line of the theme.  I have heard that Rich Norris will do a re-release of this puzzle.  I will add/edit that puzzle to this post when I am able to obtain it.

Can you help me, please, with the puzzle. I copy your post, paste it into Word, and then try to open it with Across Lite 2. I get a message that it's corrupted. Am I doing anything wrong? I have a Mac.

Copy and paste into a plain text file (NOT a Word document).  Use Across Lite to open that file and you'll be good to go.

YAY! Thank you so much. I was using Word and saving it as a .txt file, but obviously that didn't work. I'm saving directly in textEdit now. I have two versions of Across Lite -- "Across Lite" and "Across Lite 2." Nothing would open in "Across Lite 2," which I assumed was the newer app. After checking, I found that it's quite old. Everything opened in the newer "Across Lite."

I've got some catching up to do.

Thanks again. My day is complete.

BJMcBean:  I'm also on a Mac.  This worked for me. Copy the text, paste it into a Word file.  Make sure there are no extra lines at the end, and do a Save As.. choosing File Format: Plain Text (.txt).  Then try to open it from Across Lite.
