Puzzle submissions

Hi, new user here!  Looking for some advice...
I was wondering if I had 2 puzzles to submit to a publisher such as NYT, is it sensible to put both in the same envelope to mail off or is it required to submit them individually?  Thanks ahead for any help.

You could put both in there, way better than waiting for individual responses.
