Best wordlists for Crossfire?

Hey everyone,
I'm doing a big school project where I'm trying to learn how to construct crossword puzzles. I have a Mac, so I'm using Crossfire. I'm having trouble finding good wordlists that are available for crossfire and I can't seem to figure out how to convert the cruciverb wordlist file so it is usable for crossfire. Any advice?
