Cannot get IPad Air to open the cruciverb la times puzzle when i e-mail it to my AOL address. It has the file but when i tap download it does not download and open. It used too, any idea what to do?

Are you sending yourself the puzzle in .PUZ format (i.e., suitable for AcrossLite)? And do you have a version of AcrossLite for the ipad air?
