Duplicate verb in themed puzzle OK?

I'm working on a 21X21 themed puzzle. All the theme entries start with a verb. Because of the nature of the entries, I have to start 2 of them  with the word "has." Is that OK? Have you seen any NYT puzzles with similar duplication?
