Title: Oct. 18 Rich Mauser
Post by: magus on October 18, 2012, 09:12:08 AM
Possible Title:  Find a Seat

Theme: CHAIR anagrams in random phrases

Good Ones:
Office purchase {and theme}   SWIVELCHAIR
Do a hatchet job   HEW
Gardner who invented cases   ERLE [note spelling of his name]
Common menu option    HELP
Magnum, for one   PRIVATEEYE
First family member?   ADAM [does this need a ??]
Put on the canvas   KAYO

By the Way:
My newspaper copy had circles around the anagrams, but I think the SWIVELCHAIR entry eliminated the need and would have been more fun without them.

RATING:  ;D ;D ;D Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun

Interesting comment about leaving the circles out.  I think you're right - certainly would have made the puzzle more challenging.
