Saturday “27” Challenge

Harder than clever, this puzzle entertained for its challenge.

 :(
Service expert   ACER [never heard anyone in tennis use this expression.  Acer is a major computer manufacturer.]
Munchen-to-Wien heading   OST [For a polyglot jet-setter, aren’t we all, the geographical location of two random cities in Germany, and German itself, is no prob.  (By the way, what is German for “heading”?)  Of course, cluing this as “Bone, combining form” would not suggest one’s man-of-the-world status.]

RATING:
;D ;D
Three grins = Excellent: Loved it; Two grins = Good: Enjoyed it; One grin = Satisfactory: A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Unsatisfying: No fun
