Since I purchased CrossFire a few weeks ago, I have been emailing their support at keeper@beekeeperlabs.com with a few questions but they have yet to respond. I am very disappointed with the customer support. Does anyone know how to contact their support and get a response?
FYI, Crossword Compiler, which I also purchased, replies to support emails very quickly.

Update: Robert contacted me and was very professional and apologized for the late reply. He even offered me a full refund while keeping the software! Of course, I won't take a refund as the software had many benefits that outweigh the issues, but I am happy now with their support.
