Title: Non-secure download links

If the Cruciverb Admins would just make the links `https` instead of `http` we could avoid the annoying security loopholes and workarounds to download crosswords. Please make this minor change to save us all the hassle.

Hello,

I did make change to https and the herbach links seem to work. That was not the case the last time I tried it. I was getting "page not found" errors. Looks like Martin has a security certificate now.
