For some weeks now, I get a security message when downloading several of the daily puzzles "This puzzle cannot be downloaded securely." I have the option to "keep" the puzzle, which I have done to no apparent deleterious effect. Any others having this problem?
-
I started to get the same message yesterday. The LA Times is "secure," but the NY Times is not, according to my Chrome browser.
-
And, I am opting to not "keep" the puzzles, just in case.
It's 2020.
-
But as of yesterday, they are refusing to download at all---except for the LATimes!
-
I can safely download only the LA Times. Glad I have a subscription to the NY Times.
I'm on Chrome. What do you have?
-
Chrome--I too subscribe to NYT and others can be printed from other sites, but I miss Across Lite
-
Yes. I prefer Across Lite so now I'm down to two puzzles a day.
Wonder what the issue is.
-
cannot download the NYT AND the Washington Post, only the LATimes, What's Wrong?????
-
I have found that I can download reluctant puzzles by right-clicking on the link and selecting "open in another tab." That's on a Mac. There is probably something analogous on a PC.
-
That works great! Thanks!

Yippppeeee! Opening in a new tab on my Mac worked for me, too. Thanks so much for the hint.
