Title: Duplicate entries?

Would "one" in the following entries in a 21 X 21 puzzle make these duplicate entries?

ranintosomeone (ran into someone)
one-ouncers

The rule that I go by, which I think is pretty much the norm, is that "little" words can be repeated (for most editors). I think it needs to be a two-letter word, and usually one that would not be capitalized in a title (ON, OF, IN, A, AN, IT, AS, TO, etc.). Best practice is always, if in doubt, don't do it.
