Title: Mon., 9/16 Jerry Edelstein
Post by: magus on September 16, 2013, 09:26:31 AM
THEME:   words beginning with DIS- are reinterpreted, using the prefix to mean "criticize"

GOOD ONES:
All six theme words are fun especially:
Criticize farmers?   DIS TILLERS
Criticize college subjects?   DIS COURSES
Wranglers with wheels   JEEPS [I guess wranglers use Wranglers now, as well as the jeans]

BTW:
I think "dis" from disrespect grew out of NYC's ghettoes about 15-20 years ago.

Body suit for a tiny tot   ONESIE [it strikes me odd that a one-year-old would be too big for a onesie --- maybe it should've been named a firstie.]

RATING:    ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun

Nothing specific to add, just wanted to say I liked this one! Easy but still fun!
