Title: is TCR a valid term?
Post by: ebirnholz on January 29, 2009, 01:53:11 AM
Just wondering if people think TCR, which stands for T-cell receptor, is too obscure of an abbreviation (it's never been used by the NYT before).  If so, then I'll just remove it from my puzzle.

I'd say unless the crossword is for JAMA, it's probably too obscure.

Yeah, that's what I thought.  Too bad, I would have been able to add in ALECTO if it had worked.

Thanks.

I'm not sure why "Alecto" would be worth saving... seems pretty obscure to me (IMHO).
