BTW:   
POKY looks like a bad spelling of "pokey"   
Not buying TELCO as a real portmanteau   
Voter's dilemma, often   STARKCHOICE [not sure what a STARKCHOICE is, but if it means stark differences between candidates, it would seem that the big difference would make the choice easier]   
BITTE is not English and not used in the language
