Do you think I could get away with cluing TENT or TENTED with a reference to Larry's pants in the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode about a "pants tent"?
It's a late-week puzzle, so I'm not worried about obscurity, just propriety.

I'd say if the editor is in the habit of using sexual innuendo in their clues, it should be fine.

I guess the worst that can happen is they change the clue.
