Themeless and Blockful
Thirty-four blocks and no theme calls for clever cluing; there were tough ones, but not too many clever ones.
Iberian bread = EUROS and Drunk’s end = ARD are the two clever ones. For me, the tough ones were “Unsubtle jewelry” alongside “Outflow” and “Small red crawlers” crossed by FOAM.
??? I still don’t know what “Head of a bar?” = FOAM means.
I liked it for its challenge.
RATING: ;D ;D Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = No fun

The foam at the top of a poured beer is called the head.
magus:
Yes, that's it, but then wouldn't that really be "head of a glass/mug"? Would "head of a building" work or "head of a dorm" or "head of a kitchen" where most beers are drunk? Seems too much of a stretch, but maybe I feel that way because I didn't get it.
