Hey y'all, first time member here.

Can non-theme clues reference other non-theme clues?

example:

Word 1: IGOR  -- clue: "Sikorsky of helicopter fame, or a 2019 rap album"
Word 2: TYLER -- clue: "The Creator of the WORD 1 album"

It is permissible to crossreference non-theme clues, but I recommend against it because solvers generally find it annoying.
