Sunday NYT Times Puzzle Submissions

What's the protocol on emailing Will with a list of theme entries for a Sunday puzzle to see if he likes it?  Does it matter that I've been published before (not on Sunday, though)?  Is this typically done?  Or do people submit Sunday puzzles just like any other day.
