Possible Title: Italians
Theme: Three phrases beginning with reference to Italian citizens
By the Way:
Along with CCC and CIRCA, this Italianate opus might have used different clues for the fill:
Harris and McMahon EDS [might’ve been “Cianelli and Cahill”]
Big Dipper component STAR [might’ve been “Sophia Loren or Anne Bancroft”]
Stand-up in a club COMIC [might’ve been “Jay Leno or Joy Behar”]
Given the recent news, I suspect GSA might have been clued differently.
RATING: ;D Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
