Title: Length of non-theme entries

I constructed a themed 21 X 21. Themed entries are 1 17-letter entry, 2 14-letter entries, 2 13-letter entries, and 2 11-letter entries. All themed entries run horizontally. I have 2 11-letter NON-theme entries running vertically. Is this OK or do the non-themed entries need to be less than any of the themed entries in letter count?

It's OK to have down entries that are the same length as your all-across themers, in fact most editors would not object to longer down entries.
