I have tried (sometimes succeeded) solving NYT Sunday puzzle for past 30+ years. For many years I have had an idea for a puzzle and many clues for same. I have tried several times to construct the puzzle and become frustrated---I simply do not have the talent needed to build the puzzle properly.
Yet, I think my idea is great, and wonder if there's such a thing as one person's ideas and another person's construction skills, being put together to create a puzzle.
