Has USA changed protocol?  I've been unable to access a crossword puzzle for over a week.  The ad comes on but the puzzle doesn't appear afterwards.  Any ideas?

I think the problem is my browser.  I use Google Chrome and the problem persists, when I use Firefox everything works fine.
