Possible Title: Pfft

Good Ones:
Sailor’s port   LEFT
One in an order   NUN
Theme: double T’s replaced by double F’s in phrases
Cubicle reorganization?   SPACESHUFFLE
Punching tool and {theme}   FIST [F is T]

By the Way:
Civil rights org.   NAACP [I’d insert “One time”]

Some Nits to Pick:
Armed to the max   SAFEST [it’s not how many guns you have but where you are which determines one's safety]

Make the most of   USE  [the clue is too specific for the answer --- to use something does not suggest maximum efficiency, merely deployment.  While it is possible to use something and by so doing use it maximally, the term needs a modifier to suggest that it was used so.  For example, my merely using a saw does not in any way suggest that I made the most of the saw.

Sorry I left off the constructor's name. :'(   5/13
RATING:   ;D ;D  ;D Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
