That is a pretty giant NO. Even if the word were marginally acceptable, which it isn't, why would you want it in your puzzle in the first place? It's a very rare, specialized medical term that really isn't at all interesting for solvers. UREMIC is the kind of entry where if it's literally the only available word that will allow you to fill properly, you must backtrack out to the point where you no longer need to include it.
