any ideas on this one? Best I can come up with is:

Too obscure? The WAE center in New Jersey is known regionally, but I doubt a significant number if people have heard of it. Tried to find famous initials, but no luck there.
I do have WAE crossed by three very solid, fairly easy clues. Would an editor poo-poo it?
