Adding an upcoming puzzle book to the list

First off, where the heck are the FAQs? Never mind. All I want to know is who to contact to add my new book to the next cruciverb-l digest list. Thanks!

The book list is maintained by Patrick Jordan. I wouldn't know how to get his attention other than via email: pjordan@poncacity.net

But it doesn't get much action :(
