I prefer themed crosswords. I can't exactly explain why, but I think it's because I like having the extra little puzzle to solve in addition to figuring out the clues.
It turns out my sister prefers themeless ones, which kind of surprised me. I find those a little bit boring, in general.
What do people think here? Is it usual to have a preference or do people care one way or the other?
