"DIALO" as an old way to place a collect call didn't settle well with me. A zero isn't the same as an oh; and what's worse, they're dialed differently: consider the (more recently devised) 1-800-COLLECT calls.

I think I went to school with a kid named Dialo, but that's a different story.
In Xwords we find I and 1 used interchangeably. So it is with O and 0; hence, "100" is printed I-O-O --- as we print in caps.
