Sentence Fragments Or For the Birds

 :) Lyric in a Porter song {and theme}  BIRDSDOIT

 :o One theme is the intended bird words in three phrases: LAY, HATCH, and FLY.  The other theme seems to be nine sentence fragments:
I MAY, MAKE IT IN, GLAD TO, ON ME, HI YA, I MAY, LETS GO, SO I, and OUT DRAW
