Is the clue HIVAIDS in a xword an instant no-no?

HIVAIDS as an answer is definitely a no-no in mainstream publications (NYT, LAT, etc). If you have it in your clue, well, maybe you can just change it. Depends on what the answer is. Avoid references to death and disease.
