NYT Freelance Site

Hi all,

I was very lucky to have my first NYTimes puzzle accepted recently. I received an email from the Times editorial office with some forms to sign (puzzlemaker's contract and W-9), which I returned to them. Now I have received an email about a New York Times Freelancer Administration Site where I am supposed to review invoices and set up direct deposit payment for my work. The email doesn't look quite as official as the first one from the editorial office, and just to be safe I thought I'd check here first to make sure that it is legitimate before I go ahead and sign up with them.
