Tall Tails

The problem with untitled puzzles is evident today.  Did you see the theme and did you note that they are in alphabetical order?  [TALL, TELL, TILL, TOLL, TULL]  If I hadn’t tried to find how the four phrases were connected, I’d have assumed it was a themeless puzzle.
