problems with clue database

I can search the Answers database ok, but the Clue database reports this error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: pnusergetvar() in /home/httpd/html/cruciverb/data/dsp_searchclues.php on line 94

Could you look into that?

I get the same sort of error message when I try to go to Clue Summary.

Anybody know how long it takes to regain access to the database after renewing a gold membership?  I keep trying to get in, but it keeps telling me my membership has expired, even though it was supposed to go til November.
