Can you use multiple word lists at the same time?

I just got the CC8 Professional Bundle with the Pro Grid Filler and all the word lists but i'm a little confused because i have all these wordlists but it's still not able to fill in some of my grids. I'm using the "default" word lists with but i downloaded the other ones but apparently I can't use more than one at the same time? How can I fill a grid with only using one list at a time?

Usually I just go into the Word List Manager... and create a new wordlist (which I'll call "Main") then add all the other wordlists into it.  As long as the rankings are compatible, you'll end up with a combined list which you can use for general filling purposes.
