Some Nits to Pick:
Tubes with cheese   MACARONI [cheese isn’t an aspect of macaroni --- it’s still macaroni without any cheese, which I prefer.  Of course the pasta tubes could be with cheese, but then we could expect “Tubes with fish” or with anything else, like “salt” or “oregano” or “bay leaves.”  In that case, I’d go with “Tubes with muscles.”
