THEME:   six longest words spelled only with the letters of musical notes

GOOD ONES:
They're graphically represented {& theme}   NOTES [the grid employs blocks shaped as notes]
Took the wrong way?   STOLE [oldie but goodie]
Head of the produce section?   CABBAGE
Newspaper fig.   CIRC [not a person but a number]

BTW:
High-five relative   DAP [if legitimate dictionaries do not define the limits of Xwords, is there any point in not allowing JWQXZ as an entry? And what's wrong with DAP as a product for filling holes and cracks?]

Romantic activity   BUSSING [yes, very Colonial; I'd go with "Supreme Court stupidity"]

Old-style warning   ALARUM [most appropriate given 5-Across' POE wrote "Bells" wherein ALARUM bells scream]

Rather little   A LACK OF [It can work, but I think rather little of this clue for it's lack of precision.  Lack=none; little=some.]

RATING:    ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
