THEME:   phrases reinterpreted as industry leaders

GOOD ONES:
Top orthopedist?   BONEHEAD
Top dairyman?   CREAM CHEESE
Top entomologist?   FLYWHEEL
Top cinematographer?   FILM LEADER
Puncture opening?   ACU
Main signal   SOS [took me awhile to see it: main=sea]
Chances for a walk in the park?   AT BATS [chances in baseball]

BTW:
It may be told in anger   SECRET [so can anything be told in anger; I can see nothing about a secret that is related to anger]

One may be in your lap {twice used}   FELINE and TOY DOG  [sorry so weak a clue was twice used]:
   1.  Better than the one above because lap is at times associated with cats and dogs, but to my taste rather far afield.  Really, anything can be in your lap: a kid, a blanket, a girlfriend, even a chair.
   2.  Lap dog is a term, so canine would be better than feline.
   3.  Toy dog isn't what they're called; it's simply toy.  Toy dog sounds like a crossword puzzle gimme.

RATING: ;D ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
