Board for filers  EMERY [wonder why I thought taxes]   
First name in metal   OZZY [Osborne of "heavy metal" rock]   
Where the action happens   SET [as in "Quiet on the set --- action!"   
   
BTW:   
Sedative, casually   TRANQ [not buying it, and I'm not from Missouri]
