THEME:   first word of a phrase sounds like an area code digit for Beverly Hills

GOOD ONES:
With [HILLS], city whose zip code {theme}   BEVERLY
Boring activity   DRILLING
Private bed   COT [military private]

BTW:
NEIN DANKE, OTRO and MAIS are not used in English.

PHAT is a word I don't believe will last the decade with a shorter life than "groovy" and "gat."

Go-getter   DOER [Yes, but "man" could be stretched to fit.  A "go-getter" is more than a doer; he is driven to do.  I'd go with "Perp on cop shows" or simply "Active person."

 ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
