THEME:   scientific terms reconstituted to include the scientist from whom the term originates

GOOD ONES:
Mathematician got ready for a shower?  MOEBIUS-STRIPPED
Physicist made an opposing move?   GEIGER-COUNTERED
Half of nine?   ENS [two of the four letters are n's]
Knocks off   IMITATES [I've watched too many gangster movies]

BTW:
On the lower side, in a heeling vessel   ALEE [usually true, but a sail configuration can heel a boat such that it can heel close to the wind]

K thru 12   EL-HI [I've been out of ed. biz. for a long time --- does anyone really use this term?]

I know no one uses RIEN --- in our language.

RATING: ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
