Autobiography?   I-BOOK   
Beaver's expletive?   DAMN [I thought "Leave it to Beaver" even with the question mark]   
They can make good impressions   SEALS [as signet rings]   
Makes sound   HEALS   
Tuba player's mantra?   OOM [as opposed to om]   
Mag wheels?   EDS [editors are big wheels at magazines]   
Rock band?   LODE
