THEME:   last words of phrases can precede the word window

GOOD ONES:
Classic Hitchcock film {& theme}   REAR-WINDOW ["window" is rear of the last word]
Current event?   EDDY
Put away some dishes?   EAT

BTW:
Okay, this is absolute defiance!  Knowing my distaste for random foreign words, like TES, the LAT used this French pronoun despite being able to avoid doing so by changing TES to EES (graduates of MIT) leaving EDIE (as in Adams).  Mon dieu!, Que lastima!, and Sfachime!

RATING:    ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
