It looks like all.txt is the same as the all.txt that I have from 2011. I wonder if there are no new entries there?

Oops, you're right. I forgot to overwrite the all.txt file with all_20130312.txt and nyt.txt with nyt_20130312.txt. Please try to download again.

The all.txt file has 7,272 new words and phrases.
