THEME:   last word of a phrase goes with the word WONDER [see below]

Book end?   INDEX [note two words]   
   
BTW:   
Awe inspiring place where you might find the ends of ...   WONDERLAND [WONDER, not WONDERLAND, goes with the ends of the phrases.  It's not "Wonderland bread" but "Wonder Bread."]   
   
Like super-popular YouTube clips   VIRAL [never knew why something very popular is called "viral," especially considering the Internet has a term for malware called "virus."
