I can't locate spec sheets for Universal Crossword and USA Today. Can anyone help me?

I used to have links to them here but the editor, Timothy Parker, asked me to remove them.

Mel Rosen:
Mr. Parker's backlog is large at the moment. He's not accepting any puzzles -- at least for USA Today -- for the rest of the year.

Hoover:
I am not positive, but I think it was a max of 78 words, max 38 black squares, and a minimum of 3 theme entries with a combined total of 33 letters, but not positive on that since I haven't sold a puzzle since 2007.
